Shipping Policy

We at Contrade (Pvt) Ltd strive to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible. Our shipping and delivery policy is as follows:

• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your orders within 3-5 working days within the Colombo area and within 7-10 working days for other parts of Sri Lanka. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and other factors beyond our control.
• Delivery Charges: We offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 10,000. For orders below Rs. 10,000, a nominal delivery charge will apply depending on the weight and size of the product.
• Delivery Partners: We have partnered with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.
• Order Tracking: You can track your order on our website using the tracking ID provided to you via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays.
• Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is delivered, we will send you a confirmation via email or SMS.
• Undelivered Orders: If we are unable to deliver your order due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you and provide you with a refund or reschedule the delivery as per your preference.

Returns Policy

Roofmart offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Roofmart product, you can return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in “like new” condition and in the original packaging you received. Roofmart will provide a full refund for the original product price; however, shipping fees are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact Roofmart Customer Service by email at customerservice@roofmart.com., to exchange Roofmart products. If you have excessive returns in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. Customized, printed, cut, or converted items may not be returned unless there has been in error in production by us, however we always will work to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied and will work to an amicable and fair solution.
